Head Start Staff Will Review Your Application And Call You To Set Up An Interview To Complete The Application Process.

If you have completed an application for Head Start/Early Head Start in SRCDS in the past, even if your child was not enrolled in the program, please complete this application.

First Time Applicant
This application is for new families to apply for 2025-26 School Year. To submit a complete application you must complete STEP ONE and STEP TWO. Once you complete STEP ONE (Child Plus Application), please return to this page and complete STEP TWO. STEP TWO has three sections, please click the link provided at the end of each section.
